| The 6th edition (2023-24) of the “KSRM Awards for Future Architects: Best Undergraduate Thesis” organized by ‘KSRM’ and ‘Institute of Architects Bangladesh’ (IAB) is currently ongoing. On April 26, 2025, the “KSRM Awards for Future Architects: Best Undergraduate Thesis” was organized at a grand gala event, where the awards were presented to the winners in the presence of Mr. Md. Faozul Kabir Khan, Honorable Advisor to the Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. The event showcased visionary final year projects from 15 architecture schools across the country. |

A total of 44 thesis projects from 15 accredited architectural education institutions were submitted for this year's event. The projects were evaluated by an independent jury panel of 5 members. The selected projects will be exhibited for four days at the IAB Center, starting from April 27th and continuing until April 30th from 10 am to 8 pm. The exhibition will be open to the public.
KSRM General Manager (Market Research and Development) Colonel (Retd) Ashfaq-ul Islam said the award has become "an important platform to showcase innovative student projects". |

Participating institutions include BUET, CUET, Khulna University, Shabiprabi, North South University, AIUB, BRAC University, Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology, Stamford University, Southeast University, State University, Leading University, Daffodil International University, Asia Pacific University and Bangladesh University. Such initiatives open up a new horizon in the development of architectural education and in recognizing the innovative thinking of talented students. |
