| Savar Nama Bazar is one of the oldest bazar in Bangladesh. The bazar is at the bank of the Dhaleshwari river. At first, a fare was organized on every week. As the time pass, the weekly fare turned in a regular market place for everyone of that area. since then the place is known as NAMA BAZAR. Savar nama bazar. SAVAR NAMA BAZAR is one of the most important retail and wholesale markets in and around Savar area. It also works as a warehouse for various kitchen goods. Besides, today, the tin, jute and wood workshops has turned into a very potential opportunity for the economy of the country.But the present condition of the market is poor because of illegal constructions, extensive and unplanned commercial uses, lack of proper service systems, and undeveloped riverside of Dhaleshwari. |

Now, products are supplied in Wholesale price all over Bangladesh mainly in This is a redevelopment project of Nama Bazar, a mixture of wholesale and retails shops and various other functions. It has a potential of becoming a role model for riverside marketplaces, carrying both rich history and future possibilities to the growth direction. It will also work as a good public recreational space, which might enhance the possibilities of business. |

Concept Connecting Life by emerging different type of people of different type of age, culture ,lifestyle, socity for their daily products by buying and selling these daily needed goods. To make this development more impactful I build my concept to revive the Heritage hat (fare) culture here and also tried to connect the people of two banks through this bazar and recreation zone . In a way, the place may become income source for the people of one bank and for the other people ( people of another bank) the place can be a source for daily needs. |

As the bazar wasn’t build in such planned way, it is still growing in organic way. As we all know the population demand increases day by day, to full fill the demands the bazar is still growing and as it is at the bank of the river , it is also being problematic for the river and nature. Also there are some safety issues . no precaution has been taken for fire hazard. not having Enough Spaces for Vehicles like van, rickshaw etc. |
